Ayudame a vencer el Cáncer de Timo

Hola a todos mi nombre es Arianna Bastidas Roiatti, quiero contarte un poco sobre quien soy y mi historia. Quien ha tenido la oportunidad de cruzarse en mi camino sabe que soy una persona alegre, sencilla, graciosa y con un corazón lleno de amor y empatía. Toda mi vida he dado mi ayuda a quien lo necesita, sin esperar nada a cambio y con la esperanza de que siempre terminen con una sonrisa en la cara.
A finales del mes de Enero de 2021 me ingresaron de urgencias con síntomas de tos, dolor torácico, dificultad para tragar y dificultad para respirar, después de muchos exámenes y una biopsia me detectaron Cáncer de Timo, para ser más específico un Timoma Tipo B2. El cáncer del timo es poco frecuente y se desconocen las causas del mismo y aún no ha sido posible identificar los factores de riesgo de esta enfermedad.
Este diagnóstico me dejó abrumada, confundida y decidí mantenerlo en secreto, por un tiempo, hasta tener un panorama del tratamiento y acciones a tomar para enfrentar mi estado de salud.
El tratamiento que se concluyó entre los doctores para combatir el timoma será de la siguiente manera, se realizarán 8 sesiones de quimioterapia, luego se harán varias sesiones de radioterapia y al finalizar todo el tratamiento se harán estudios para tomar la decisión si se debe realizar una cirugía preventiva para limpiar los residuos.
En mi situación actual cuento con el apoyo de toda mi familia y amigos pero no puedo afrontar económicamente todos los gastos, es por eso que recurro a ustedes para quien lo desee pueda ayudarme a recuperar mi estado de salud lo mejor posible y más rápido posible para seguir cumpliendo mis objetivos y metas muchos años más. Los fondos recaudados me ayudarán en todo lo referente tratamiento, medicamentos y suplementos que necesito para mi recuperación.

At the end of January 2021 I was taken to hospital with symptoms of cough, chest pain, difficulty swallowing and difficulty breathing, after many tests and a biopsy I was diagnosed with a Thymus Cancer, to be more specific a Thymoma Type B2. Thymus cancer is rare, its causes are unknown and it has not yet been possible to identify the risk factors for this disease.
This diagnosis left me overwhelmed, confused and I decided to keep it a secret, for a while, until I had an overview of the treatment and actions to take to address my health condition.
The treatment I must follow to make the thymoma disappear completely will be as follows: I will get 8 sessions of chemotherapy, then several sessions of radiotherapy and at the end of the whole treatment studies will be needed to make the decision if a preventive surgery should be done to clean any residue.
In my current situation, I cannot afford all the costs of my treatment , that is why I turn to ask you to help me to recover my health as best and as quickly as possible to continue to meet my goals and objectives for many years to come. The funds raised will help me in everything related to treatment, medications and supplements I need for my recovery.
