El verano pasado nuestra pequeña Celia hacía una vida completamente normal deseando reencontrarse con sus compañeros del colegio y comenzar en el conservatorio de música. Pero todo cambió, le diagnostican un tumor cerebral, glioma difuso de la línea media con mutación H3 K27M. Desde entonces nos dedicamos a nuestras hijas para hacer especial cada día y al mismo tiempo luchamos porque la angustia no se convierta en desesperanza buscando tratamientos que den más posibilidades a nuestra hija.
Celia pone de su parte y nos muestra una vez más que es una niña muy fuerte. Cariñosa, alegre, generosa siempre tiene una sonrisa para regalar. Estas enormes ganas de vivir nos alientan a buscar todas las opciones que existan para mantenerla lo mejor posible en espera que la investigación encuentre la cura.
En esta búsqueda de lo mejor para Celia contamos con entregados profesionales de la salud que nos acompañan y buenas personas que nos han ayudado de forma desinteresada con información o haciendo posible, a pesar de las restricciones de la pandemia, que vivieramos unos grandes momentos imposibles de olvidar. Tenéis un lugar en nuestro corazón.
Ahora pedimos tu apoyo para los muchos gastos que tenemos y que no son cubiertos por el sistema público de salud y tampoco por un seguro privado, como son el tratamiento farmacológico que va a recibir o la búsqueda de dianas terapeúticas. Necesitamos tu ayuda para dedicarnos por completo a nuestras hijas sin preocuparnos por si podremos pagar lo que sea mejor para Celia.
También queremos desde aquí dar nuestro ánimo y gran reconocimiento a los investigadores que están dedicando su vida a encontrar soluciones y nuestro deseo que Celia pueda contribuir para que la cura llegue pronto para ella y todas las personas que están pasando por esta terrible enfermedad.

Our little girl Celia has been diagnosed with a diffuse midline glioma H3 K27M-mutant. Currently, this rare type of illness is incurable, so we are dedicating ourselves to making each and everyday special for our daughters, while maintaining the fight so that anguish does not turn into hopelessness, seeking treatments that can give our daughter possibilities.
Celia helps immensely, continuously showing us her courage and strength, while remaining cheerful, loving, generous and always smiling. This enormous will and spirit, encourages us to look for all the options that exist to keep her as well as possible while waiting for research to find a cure.
In this search for the best help for Celia, we have dedicated health professionals who accompany us, and good people who have selflessly helped us, whether providing guidance and information, or by making it easier for us to experience great moments that will always be remembered, despite the restrictions of the pandemic. You will forever have a place in our hearts.
Now we are asking for your support for the many expenses that we have that are not covered by the public health system or by private insurance, such as the pharmacological treatment that we are will receive shortly receive, and the research for therapeutics. We need your help so that we can be dedicated to our daughters without having to have to worry about whether we can afford what is best for Celia.
We would like to give encouragement and show our great appreciation to the researchers who are dedicating their lives to finding solutions, and our hope that Celia can contribute so that a cure can be found for her, and those going through this terrible disease.
