El pasado 11 de marzo Rosy ingreso al Centro Médico Docente la Trinidad con Ictericia y la Bilirrubina extremadamente alta.
Le realizaron 2 intervenciones por endoscopia para evaluar las vías hepáticas y el hígado, con las que se encontró que tenía las vías colapsadas, ademas de la vesícula inflamada e infectada. Luego de otro procedimiento exploratorio se decidió realizar la extracción de la vesícula. Inicialmente planteada por Laparoscopia pero a causa de un sangramiento importante se realiza la cirugía normal.
Pasó 2 días en terapia intensiva recuperándose.
Tras 12 días hospitalizada, finalmente le dieron de alta, informándole que debe someterse a un nuevo procedimiento para extraer una prótesis biliar, así como esperar los resultados de la biopsia realizada en la vesícula por las características de su emergencia.
Esta siendo una situación muy difícil ya que el seguro médico cubrió aproximadamente el 50% del tratamiento inicial, y a través de este GoFundMe estamos pidiendo ayuda para poder costear el resto del tratamiento, y que Rosy pueda recuperarse.

On March 11, Rosy entered Centro Medico Docente La Trinidad with jaundice and extremely high Bilirubin.
